I took my car in for my 8 am appointment. Was told it would take most of the day. Perfect 👍 I waited till 5pm and called but service was closed for the day. I never got a call saying they needed to keep the car overnight and my advisor was off the next day. Had to call the next day to figure it out. You always do a great job and I’m very happy with the service. Please work on the communication aspect. Thanks so much

I went in for repairs on def tank and it took -6- return trips to get problem fixed. This many return trips is totally unnecessary and cost me over $120.00 in fuel and 10 hours of my time and lost income from working. ( wrong parts, broken new parts ordered, leaks in new parts, reorder of bad or broken new parts,) this is total B.S. The only thing that was offered was - sorry for the inconvenience. The only good thing is the problem was finally fixed and was under warranty.

The wait time was really short.

I took my car in because sometimes it will not start and the key gets stuck in the ignition and it totally resets everything as if you removed the battery, it makes weird noises up under the dash, and losses power sometimes while driving, I have video of some of the issues to prove I'm not crazy and the car is dueing what I am telling them, they had my car for several days and said they cannot find anything wrong with it, my car has a problem I don't know why there mechanic could not find it, and I was still charged the $160 fee for them to tell me what's wrong, but they couldn't tell me anything, they said it ran perfect had no problems, but there is problems I even showed them the video's I have for proof... I am just worried everytime I drive it I will get stranded, because that's what it does to me, I was just hoping they could fix it... P S. the service guy and cashier were very nice...

The Service was fine, the staff kept me informed, however GM needs to do a much better job in accessing the cars oil system and transmission filter and oil system. Then it appears the transmission filter has to be changed as often as the engine oil filter, seems like gaunteed service to me and others who own a C8 Corvette. Now the time to do the work 7 hours just seems like a very long time to do this job? I can see why with the bottom of the car sealed off from access, my my and no access without removing! There has to be a better way to where the cost of this and a 7 hour wait time is beneficial for everyone. Again this is a GM issue not a dealer issue. I've had several Corvettes over the years and none so labor intensive. For simple maintenance type jobs.

The ABS light came on one day after a complete brake job, alignment and something else with the brake system. The light came on about 15 miles south of Show Low so we stopped at the dealership Service bay and talked to Zach, who is a great service writer, he arranged to have the tech look at the vehicle and 3 hours later it was fixed and we left. Every time I get a vehicle serviced at Horne I have to bring it back, at least once, to get it fixed. I had to bring my wife's car back three times before it got fixed. Am I a happy customer, you can answer that question.

The service team was very polite and professional. The shocking detail we were to learn (from our service checkup) is that when we purchased our 2020 Chevy Traverse from the dealership (new in October 2020) is that the tires that came with the new vehicle were of such low quality that at only 16K miles we needed to purchase new tires soon! After we checked with other sources, we learned that this is a common practice on new GM vehicles in the USA.

Timely and kind

Took truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Truck found to shake when driving down the highway. Was told to bring it back, which is highly inconvenient and expensive due to the fact that we live an hour away. Service department should be taking more pride in their work and ensure they are providing exceptional service instead of doing subpar work and leaving customers to deal with a headache of returning to get something fixed that should not have been allowed to happen in the first place.

I went in for a scheduled oil change. After an hour, I got a notification that the technician suggested a brake fluid flush. I approved the add on service. After another hour I went to see what was taking so long. A brake flush shouldn't really take longer than 30 minutes. They had broken off a brake bleeder screw trying to loosen it. I was told that I would need to pay to replace the caliper. I did not agree with that. Service associate went to talk to manager. Half hour later I was told that they would cover the cost of replacing the caliper, but not in stock so car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I said that I don't have a ride home, asked if any loaner cars were available. Again service associate went to talk to manager. Half hour later, was told that they got the bleeder out using an extractor bit, and the car will be ready in twenty minutes. Half hour later was told that they were still waiting for the bleeder bolt to be delivered from Napa. I waited some more until the car was finished. I ended up waiting at the dealership for 5 hours. I understand that these things can happen when working on vehicles, I usually do my own maintenance. I just feel like this situation could've been handled much better.

The Horne Family is just that, Family.

It took forever to diagnose why the check engine light came on. It was a sensor, covered under warranty. It took 6 hours to replace. All while I waited for the vehicle. My appointment was at 10 am. I left the service appointment at 4 pm.

We came wanting to look at two specific vehicles. Sales rep Audra listened and showed us the those vehicles - did not try to upsell us to something else. Our questions were answered patiently and courteously - no aggressive sales pitch.

I scheduled a recall service that involved two software updates. I stated that I would wait while the car was being updated and was told that it should take about 90 minutes. Two hours later, I was still waiting and my car had not been touched. I had to get my wife to pick me up and returned a couple of hours later when it was finished.

I had my passenger rear tire Censer go out while in the care and control of the Service Dept. My mother brought my car into the Service Dept for me and she immediately told the Service Dept of the issue before she drove off the lot. She was told it would cost around $180 to replace and also that the serviceman would speak to the Service Manager to see if they could fix it. We have not heard anything back. No phone call or email. We also emailed the Service Manager, J. Bejarano, to bring the issue to his attention and we have also had no response what-so-ever. At this point, I am not expecting any response to this Survey either.

I was aquainted with Zach Crego, Service Advisor, at my first oil change on my 2025 GMC AT4. When purchased, I had AMP power steps installed. After about 4months the passenger side front step would not deploy when opening the front passenger door but would deploy when opening the rear passenger door. I contacted Zach and made an appointment. When I arrived I ensured the step was still not working. When Zach checked me in he needed some data from the OBD port. He unplugged the step OBD and plugged in his reader then plugged the step OBD back in. The step started working. Zach said they would go ahead & check everything out. They did. Took about an hour and Zach brought my truck back and said no charge, covered under warranty. I've worked with a specific GMC dealer in the valley for about 30 yrs. When we purchased a 2nd home in Show Low I thought I'd try Horne out for service work on a prior truck. I can honestly say it's night & day difference on how Horne treats their customers compared to how the dealership in the valley does. I'll be doing all of my business with Zach at Horne Auto Center.

I was welcomed by attentive serviceman. I told him that the check engine light came on and the air conditioner didn't. He was quick with checking under hood to see if belts were working. He assessed problem and said he would need parts. Though it took a couple days, I didn't mind. It's nice to have air conditioning again. Thanks Horne for hiring great employees.

My key fob recognition problem appears to be fixed (although no one could tell me what caused this). Time will tell if it remains operational. My TPMS was knocked out and could not be reset at the dealership. No one else in this town, it appears, can reset it.

Went in to consult with Richelle Whipple on a specific vehicle, drove away in said vehicle.

Greeted Arrived prior to appointment time. Vehicle excepted to install parts that had been on back order a good bit. Added, customer states sluggish to start, please check batteries and charing system. At check out was told technician states batteries holding charge.... I asked was the charging system checked. Service consultant had to go ask technician , then the consultant came back to tell me ok, I guess the batteries are not good...and the alternator is fine. Not feeling all warm and fuzzy about this. Ugh

2 hour oil change! Got there at 7:20 for a 7:30 appointment on a Saturday. Your staff need let customers know that there will a delay due whatever. I had to go to the check in. At 09:30. My truck was in lot. Never talked to the lady that seemed too nervous and preoccupied. Another service man found my paperwork and took care of it. Customer service?

Derek and Steve are keepers. They both listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They both had a hand in getting the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. Excellent customer service. The paperwork/finance guy was a bit dry, all business and no interaction.

Jason is the best, He was professional and prompt in all his responses, even after hours. He was courteous during the transaction at the dealer he also took the time to make sure I understood what all the buttons and knobs are for. We had an issue with our infotainment center on the way to our home in New Mexico and he had us going again in less than 10 minutes over the phone!! He is an asset to Horne Automotive!

Good communication but they said it would take about an hour and it took over two hours but no explanation.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I needed a tire replaced, James Bejarano, service manager scheduled my appointment and made sure that the tire was in stock.

Vehicle trade was fair and transaction was straight forward.

Disappointed, I understand and acknowledge my scheduled appointment was not until 1:30 however I find it unacceptable that a person can pull up to the check in station and have to wait over 25 minutes and no one comes to greet them or at least acknowledge that they are there it took a phone call to the manager to get someone to come out. Then a scheduled service package was set up online and they still needed to ask what was wanted to be done to the vehicle.

As usual, Richelle put me into a truck that fits my needs perfectly. Management was fast, efficient, courteous and professional. I have not purchased an automobile anywhere else since 1997 because of the fantastic customer service. The employees and management create a welcome atmosphere at the service island into the show room floor. Good job Horne Auto Group.

Richelle Whipple was excellent. The entire experience was very good, and we are very happy with our purchase from Horne Auto Center.

I made my appointment more than a week in advance and provided all the items i needed to get complete. Brought my truck in first thing Wednesday morning and went over all the items again with the service tech. Received an email later in the afternoon about “additional services” during their inspection. I agreed and signed the electronic document. Called Horne the following Monday (5 days later) since i never heard back from anyone regarding the status of my truck. I was told that my service tech was out of the office until Thursday. I inquired with the “other service tech” whether or not i was going to get any feedback regarding my truck. He stated he would call me later once he found out. I received a phone call late in the afternoon saying my truck was ready to be picked up. I informed the service tech that I did not have ride back to their dealership and inquired if they could do a courtesy pickup. He said he’d have a lady call me in the following morning. I never heard from anyone, so i called the dealership at 11:30 am. I was informed that the service tech i was dealing with was busy with a customer, so I left a message for him to call me back. I never heard back from him the rest of the day. This made it hard to plan whether i was receiving a courtesy shuttle to the dealership or if i was stuck on my own finding a ride. My neighbor ended up taking me the following morning. Even at this point in time, i still never received a return phone call from the service tech. The annoying part is i just spent almost $2000 in repairs and i never received the courtesy call promised and/or any sort of courtesy ride. In addition, after i paid my invoice and received my truck keys, i noticed that my tires never got rotated nor did the center cap for my wheel get replaced. Both of these items were on the “to do list” that i requested a couple times. Not having my truck for an entire week is tough but what makes it worse is that it was there for a week and not everything got addressed.

Always get great service, that is why I always return to your dealership. The only complaint I have is that if I had known the time I would wait I would have had the final service also done.

From the start to the finish, I felt like a valued customer (even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership). Upon arriving in the tow truck with my vehicle, my wife and I were pleasantly greeted by Cherish. She became our Service Adviser. She set us up in an Enterprise rental car and made us feel at ease that the dealership would look at our vehicle in a timely manner. She would call with updates and contact Enterprise to extend our contract as needed. This was a big stress reliever. She was always friendly and kind. The repair service was completed soon after parts arrived and I feel the Tech did an amazing job. There were no leaks, the area around the repair (transmission) was wiped clean. This instilled confidence that the repair was done correctly. I have since put over 500 miles, post repair, of mountainous driving, while towing a trailer, with no issues.

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very professional. When a minor issue cropped up enrolled to my home, I called back. They told me to stop back past when I could, no appointment needed. When I did they fixed that and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.

I loved the service it was fast I got my car back the same day and the problem was fixed THANK YOU SO MUCH

Took vehicle in with front end noise. No one drove vehicle. Said it was driver side wheel bearing. Paid and picked up. Drove 2 miles and took back still making the same noise. So 900.00 later now they are saying it’s passenger side wheel bearing Waiting to see what that charge will be
